Financial Aid/ Scholarships

Our goal is to ensure that every player has an opportunity to play. Seashore Soccer League offer two different programs that can help families that are experiencing a financial hardship.

The first option is found within the registration asking if the family would like to request financial assistance. By providing certain information and uploading specific documents, a family may receive between 10% to 50% off the total registration fee.

The second option is submitting an application for a scholarship. Applications are reviewed by the SSL Staff to determine if the player is eligible . Scholarships will cover the entire registration fee and uniform cost for the player.  More information about the scholarship program and the application can be found using the link below.

Any information provided or applications submitted will be held in confidence and not shared by anyone outside SSL Staff.

Uniform Ordering - U6, U8, U10

Uniforms are based on a 2 year cycle. Our current cycle is from Fall 2021 through to the end of the Spring 2023 season . If you played in Fall 202, Spring 2022 or Fall 2022, and purchased a uniform with Dick's Sporting Goods on the front, then you do not have to purchase a new one (only if you need a new size).

Uniforms will be directly shipped to your home.

Uniforms are purchased from another company. All order, shipping issues and refunds are handled by that company in accordance with that company's policies. Seashore Soccer League is not responsible for any costs or refunds associated with uniforms.

Uniform Ordering U12, U15

Uniforms are based on a 2 year cycle. Our current cycle is from Fall 2021 through to the end of the Spring 2023 season . If you played in either Fall 2021, Spring 2022, or Fall 2022 and purchased a uniform with MOSM (Moore Orthopedics & Sports Medicine) on the front, then you do not have to purchase a new one (only if you need a new size).

Important

If your child is moving up from U10 to U12, you will have to order a new uniform and new number. PLAYERS ONLY MOVE UP FOR THE FALL SEASON . You must first receive your uniform number from the club in order to complete your purchase. Numbers are assigned after your registration is complete. If you order a uniform with a number that was not assigned, you are responsible to contact the vendor to correct it or you will have to purchase a new uniform.

If your child has already played on a ECSA team and assigned a number last season, your player will still use the same number.

Uniforms will be directly shipped to your home. Uniforms are purchased from another company. All order, shipping issues and refunds are handled by that company in accordance with that company's policies. Seashore Soccer League is not responsible for any costs or refunds associated with uniforms.

What is SDP (Seashore Developmental Program)?

The Seashore Development Program (SDP) offers players an opportunity to receive extra time outside of the normal programs. During these times players will receive time with our coaching staff to devote time to certain skills such as dribbling, passing, ball control, etc. In keeping with our Mission Statement of " One Club...Many Paths" we want to give all of our players the opportunities to reach that next level.

Players will register similar to the above program, but will select the optional training session each week by coaching staff at a central location (TBD). Teams will still be coached 2X weekly, along with their matches, by their normal volunteer coach. The difference here is that players will have the opportunity to attend professional lead technical session with our coaching staff for a total of 3 practices per week.

Practices

For U6, U8, and U10- Practices will be held at the location you select. Practice times will be set by team coach.

For U12, U15, U18- Practice location and time will be set by team coach.
